We were provided with architectural blueprints and tasked with transforming them into immersive 3D visuals. The goal was to create high-resolution renders, cinematic animations, and material simulations that accurately represented the design before construction began. These visuals needed to enhance client presentations, investor pitches, and design validation.
Using the provided plans, we developed a highly detailed 3D model, ensuring accuracy in scale and proportions. Materials and textures were carefully selected to reflect real-world finishes, while lighting and composition were optimized for realism. Camera paths were strategically designed to highlight key architectural elements, delivering smooth, engaging animations. Each stage was refined to maintain precision and visual impact.
The visuals improved client engagement, clarified design intent, and became valuable assets for marketing, investor presentations, and pre-construction validation.
The animation was good, it made it easy for the funders to see what we are working on achieving with the building and it helped fast tracked their decision to sign the approval and release the funds. The building will be completed and open this march
